Meeting Room

Description

Our meeting room is freely available to individuals and nonprofits when it is not being used for library functions. The space can comfortably fit a group of 10 - 15 people around the table, and can also be reconfigured for lectures or presentations, with seating for up to 30 attendees. Our smart TV is available for use in presentations, and can be connected to a laptop via HDMI or USB-C cable.

The room is also available to rent for commercial use at an hourly rate; please see our Meeting Room Policy or contact the library for details.

Please try to place your reservations in advance, as we may not have time to review them on the day of your appointment.
